Shipping and Returns
$10 flat rate shipping across Canada for orders under $150. Shipping is free for orders over $150. Free pick-up at our retail store is also available.
$20 flat rate shipping available for orders shipping to the United States.
Exchanges and Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or store credit.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Some items, such as personal care items and baby carriers, are non-returnable.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your items back for a return without contacting us first.
After you have contacted us, you may deliver or send your items to us - ensure that you purchase tracking and insurance on your package. Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your store credit or exchange will be issued.
Clearance items (if applicable)
Unfortunately clearance items cannot be returned.
Defective items will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis. Factors include the time since the purchase, the issue with the product, and the policy of the manufacturer.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you instructions to return it to us.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you will vary.
